Our experience on presenting our project was a good feeling. We say this because it felt good to explain and talk about what we have been working on these past weeks. It feels that I did a good job explain or research question and our hypothesis, but we think we could have maybe explained more on why we chose to research on the rainfalls affect on the animals migration. I (Arieonnia) personally don’t think I learned anything from the questions asked because it was only like one question asked and it was about our graph.
During the presentation we explained that how rainfall does have an affect on a lion, zebra, and impalas migration. We showed our guest the rainfall graph and our plot that we made, that shows the month and how many of the animals that migrated in that month. We compared the amount of rainfall during the different months of the year to the number of animals that have migrated. We noticed explained to them that what we noticed from our two graphs that in the months of March, April, and November they had the most rainfall.
If we could do this again we would probably have more research on different climates. We want to try to focus on different climates other than rainfall. To see if summer, or winter can also affect an animals migration. We would also like to try to focus more on just two animals because with three animals it was to much data to collect and it might be easier to just focus on two animals.
We think that our presentation went well. We feel the guest really enjoyed our presentation. We put a lot of hard work and dedication in our research and website. Presenting this made us realize that we have learned a lot and that our hard worked paid off. Hopefully other people could say the same about our website.
